We have two private upstairs rooms available immediately in a quiet, shared home in north London, near Wonderland Road and Fanshawe Park Road. This is a room rental in a shared home, not an apartment, and it is perfect for a student who wants a calm place to study. Each room comes with a queen-size bed, a fairly large closet, and a little desk with a chair for schoolwork. You will share the upstairs bathroom with one other tenant, and enjoy a shared kitchen and shared common spaces, along with shared laundry with a scheduled day. The price is all-inclusive — highest-quality internet and all bills are included. This is a very, very quiet home, ideal for studying. Quiet hours are 9 PM to 9 AM, and we keep things peaceful at all hours. The home is close to bus stops, with a direct bus route to the centre of campus, and within about 6 km of Western University. Grocery stores, Shoppers Drug Mart, barbers and hairdressers, and other shops and services are all close by, including Food Basics on Wonderland Road North and the Masonville and Sherwood Forest areas. Rooms are for single occupancy only, and are available immediately. Rent is $845 CAD per month, per room. Parking is preferred not included, though parking for a single vehicle can be discussed.
