ROOM SUBLET — 938 Western Rd | GIRLS ONLY!! Hi! I’m subletting my room at 938 Western Rd for $795/month, negotiable. The room is available for 4 months at a time, either January–April 2027 or May–August 2027 or for the full 8 months from January 1, 2027 to August 25, 2027. Since all of my roommates are girls, we’re looking for another girl to take over the room. The room is bright, spacious, and fully furnished, with lots of natural light from the large window. It has a large walk-in closet, under-bed storage, a desk/study area, dresser, and lots of storage space. Wi-Fi and utilities are included. The location is super convenient for Western students. There’s a bus stop right outside the house, and the bus takes about 12 minutes to get to campus. It’s also walking distance to Western and close to the campus gym. The house is right across the street from a corner store and Pronto’s Pizza, and it’s only about a 500m walk to McDonald’s, BTRMLK, Browned Café, UMI Sushi, Mustang Dessert, and lots of other food spots. There’s also another bus stop about 2 minutes away that goes directly to CF Masonville Mall, where there’s Chipotle, Chick-fil-A, LCBO, a movie theatre, shopping, and so much more. The roommates are honestly one of the best parts. They’re the sweetest, friendliest girls and are super welcoming. Everyone is academic and takes school seriously, but they’re also really social and love to have fun, so it’s a really nice balance.
