We’re a group of 4 roommates all entering our third year (Ryan, Zach, Ethan, and Declan), looking for a 5th roommate to fill the last spot in our house. Rent is $700/month, and the location honestly doesn’t get much better — right off campus and close to everything. We’re all social and like hanging out with friends, going downtown to bars on weekends, and keeping the house fun, but we also make sure to stay on top of academics and keep a good balance during the school year. Looking for someone easygoing who’d fit well with the group!
