Utilities and wifi are included in the rent. The room is fully furnished. There are 4 free parking spaces available. The house is located in a residential neighbourhood. The bus stop to campus (bus #34) is a 5-7 minute walk. The bus stop to go to Costco and T&T (bus #10) is a 7-10 minute walk. There are 3 buses available to go to Masonville mall (bus #34, 10, 19).
