I’m subletting one room for the summer! - $450/month with utilities INCLUDED (wifi isn’t but can be negotiated) - AC included - In unit laundry - Parking space - Sublet time: May 2 - Aug 23 - It will be furnished (although it will look a little different from the pictures since we haven’t moved in yet). The room will have a twin bed, and there will be a desk with a chair, lamp, and monitor - Bus stop is 5 min walk and you can take the 2, 106, 93, and 94 all to campus in ~10 mins - Bus stop for groceries is also 5 min walk and you can take the 17, 91 to metro, Costco, T&T, Sobeys, LCBO or to downtown London - Restaurants are walking distance: McDonald’s, BTRMLK, Prontos, etc - There may or may not be other people subletting other rooms of the house as well (although most likely not)
