I'm looking for two new roommates to join my 3 bedroom apartment located by the Western campus. The building is located at the intersection of Sarnia and Western Road, and is a five-minute walk from the recreation center and Ivey Business School. There are multiple bus stops close by, making travelling around very convenient and accessible. You will be living with a female graduate student, so other graduate students are preferred. The rent is $925 a month, and the one-year lease starts in May (the move-in date for one of the rooms can be more flexible). Utilities are not included in the price, and it’s usually an estimated $70-100. We have in unit laundry, and a parking spot available. Both rooms come unfurnished, except for one having a queen size bed and mattress. I'm looking for someone who enjoys a calm, quiet living environment, so no smoking and no parties please!
