Just a block away from restaurants and a huge park, about 3 blocks away from grocery stores, but the house shares an Instacart+ membership for free grocery delivery. Parking is an extra fee of $50/month, and utilities (internet and electricity) are organized by the current co-tenants. Apartment is fully furnished, 4 total bedrooms (3 tenants currently staying for the next year). Bedroom can be available fully furnished (see video) for $200 non-refundable deposit at start of term, which can include pots and pans, plates + cutlery, and a personal kettle for no extra cost.
