Hi everyone! We are looking for a roommate (female preferred) to join our 5 bedroom, 2 bath house next year as one of our roommates is graduating this year. Two of us are in 2nd year, 1 is in 3rd year, and our other roommate completed her Western degree and is staying on to work here in London. We are quiet and studious, but also like to socialize in the living/dining room, and enjoy cooking and hanging out. Rent is $670 + utilities (around $20 for wifi, around $60 for other utilities), and the lease starts on May 1st 2026 and ends on April 30 2027. The bedroom is upstairs in a house located near the intersection of Sarnia & Wonderland on a quiet street, 2 minutes from the 31 bus stop, and a 7 minute walk to a stop that gets the 31, 27, 127, 9, and 10! We have on-site laundry, 2 fridges, a basement for storage, and A/C! The common areas are furnished and there is even an opportunity for some of the bedroom furniture if you’d like to just move in and enjoy!
