We’re looking for a third female roommate to join our top-floor unit in a triplex, located near Oxford and Richmond, less than 2 km from campus! We’re currently two Western students, one going into 2nd year Business and the other into 5th year Science. The house has 3 bedrooms and 1 shared bathroom. Rent is $800/month with all utilities included (including AC, heating and Wi-fi), and the lease runs from May 1st to April 30th. The communal areas come fully furnished, so you’ll only need to furnish your own bedroom. There is in-unit laundry and a parking lot beside the house that can accommodate up to 5 cars. The location is super convenient, with a bus stop just a 2-minute walk away and access to multiple routes (6, 13, 106, 90, 102, 17, 91).
