Me and my roommate are looking for a new male roommate to join us next year! The apartment is super close to the campus, and it takes only around 8 minutes to walk to rec center. Lots of bus stations nearby and you can get quick access to downtown & groceries. We have an empty mattress available so you won’t need one yourself, and you can drop off your stuff in April before your lease begins for a more convenient move-in experience. We both prefer a quiet and tidy living space as we are both focusing on academics. We wish the new roommate to be quiet and clean as well.
