My name is Maci, and I’m a student at Western looking for great female housemates to share a newly renovated home starting June 1, 2026. My family and I take possession of the house on May 1, and throughout May we’ll be completing renovations to make the space even better for student living. Because of this, the house won’t be available until June 1 - but if you need a place to store your belongings during May while we finish renovations, we’re happy to work something out. The home is being updated and improved to create a comfortable 5-bedroom layout. Renovations include: Converting the current 3-bedroom layout into a 5-bedroom home Splitting the family room to create an additional bedroom Adding an egress window to a basement bedroom Full bathroom renovation New flooring, trim, and fresh paint throughout most of the house Converting the salon (shown in photos) into a cozy living room The house is 5km, about a 20-minute bus ride or 10-minute drive to Western, making it convenient for class while still being in a great neighbourhood.
