The place is fully furnished and located in a great student-friendly area just a 5-minute bus ride or an easy 15-minute walk to Western, right across from Twins Cafe. There’s a bus stop directly outside the building (you can even see it from the cute balcony!), which makes getting to campus or around the city super easy. The bedrooms are spacious with lots of natural light and character, and you’d be sharing the apartment with two other Western students. Laundry is included and shared within the building, and there’s one parking spot available. The apartment comes fully furnished, including all kitchen appliances, so it’s a really easy move-in. Rent is $650 per month per room, plus about $75 per month in utilities split between three people, with Wi-Fi included.
