We are a group of three girls going into our third and first year this fall, and we are looking for a fourth female roommate of similar age for the next school year. The rent is $800/month with utilities and furniture included. Main campus is about a 20-25 minute bus ride away. This house is located right behind Sherwood Mall. The move-in should be available as soon as the first of May. Two of us are Studio Arts majors, and the other is an Econ major going into IVEY. We all live relatively quietly and studiously, but still enjoy going out from time to time.
