This cozy and well-lit bedroom is on the second floor, with a closet and extra storage drawers under the bed. This bedroom is available for a summer sublease starting May 1st, 2026 until August 31st, 2026; however, specific dates can be negotiated. The house is a short 10 minute walk from campus, and only a two minute walk from a beautiful park with running trails. The bedroom, as well as all the common rooms, are fully furnished! All utilities (wifi, laundry, hydro, etc) are included and we have free lawn maintenance. The house already has a bunch of cooking ware and more that is free to use with care! We have two bathrooms, one on each floor. The house has lots of storage and a downstairs freezer. Our house is a short bus ride away from Masonville Mall and restaurants/bars on Richmond Row.
