Hey!! We’re looking for 1 girl to live with us in a 5 bedrooms, 2 baths house with the lease starting May 1st. Rent is $725.00 a month including Wi-Fi. Utilities are not included. The house is located around the corner of Grosvenor and Adelaide, with only a 15 minute drive to main campus and a 20 minute bus ride on the 27 bus. The available bedroom is on the main floor with 3 large windows, and it will be unfurnished at the time the lease starts. The house it’s very close to multiple grocery stores and quick service restaurants. We are studious, but we also like to do group hangouts from time to time. Two of us are in civil engineering, one in political science and criminology, and one in med sci. Also, you must be okay with pets/dogs!!
