Hi, my name is Nicky, I am the owner and landlord of 41 Shavian Boulevard, going into my fourth year at Western. The house is within 3 minutes walking distance from the bus stop and incredibly close to the grocery store, as well as the mall. I am looking for 3 male roommates, preferably people who are also going into fourth year (or grad school), however I am open to considering everyone. I am looking for people that value cleanliness as much as I do! The images that you see for this listing depict what the house looks like on a regular basis. I am pretty obsessive about staying on top of the cleaning and will not tolerate any slobs. In fact I am a little irritated by how much I have to clean up after my current roommates. If you can’t clean up after yourself then don’t bother following up on this ad! I am hoping to find a mature bunch that still know how to have a good time. I anticipate that my one roommate (on Western’s basketball team) will stay in the house, but another is likely to leave, and the other 2 are definitely going to move out (graduating). This space blends the casual, lived-in feel of a student house with the warmth and structure of a family home. I’m looking for people that respect this balance and want to be apart of it.
