This is a GRAD student building right across the Bayfield building. It is a quiet space and thus, very conducive for GRAD students or others in any demanding programs. The building is currently under renovation, and I will be moving in around late December to make the space hospitable--which also informs the published date of January for any potential roommate. On the utilities front, there is an in-house laundry and parking spot if you have proof of ownership. I already have other items, such as a microwave, couch, etc, that can be shared.
