We’re looking for a new roommate to join our 4-bed student townhouse located right next to Masonville Mall. There’s a bus stop directly in front of the house, and campus is only a 15-minute walk away — super convenient for classes. The house includes an in-unit laundry and dryer. Utilities are not included in the rent price. There's a main-floor communal bathroom, and each upper floor has its own washroom shared with just one other roommate on that floor.
