I'm seeking a female student to take my room at 1083 Western Rd from January 1st 2026 to April 30th 2026 (less than 10 minutes walking distance from UWO campus and right beside Althouse Teacher's College) since I'm graduating. There's a very flexible Dec/Jan move-in date so you can settle in before the winter semester or holidays! Rent is $800 plus utilities, which are divided among all 5 tenants. There are 2 full spacious bathrooms and in-unit washing and drying machines. The room will be partially furnished with a desk and a wardrobe (the common areas in the apartment are also fully furnished). The apartment is right beside major bus routes: 02, 09, 106, and 33 so you have convenient access to grocery stores and downtown London! Current tenants are very friendly upper-year students at Western and Western's Teacher's College. There's a super warm environment and any student of any year or graduate/undergraduate/international student is welcome to reach out if interested!
