Hey, I am a Western 3rd year student and I'm looking to sublet my room over the summer break (April-August). It is a 5 bedroom house about a 15 minute walk from downtown and less than a 10 minute bus ride from Western! We are a girl's house although we're not against having a male roommate. Utilities are included, wifi is the only extra charge ($16 a month). Rent is $800 a month. House is fully furnished (including the bedroom).
