Seeking Western University students. Looking to rent a private room to a female student in a house to share with me. I'll be in my own room. I am a 1st year FIMS MACS student at Western University. Ideally, the renter is another FIMS student or at least attending Western. The $600 per month rent includes utilities. The house is in South London, about a 15-20 minute drive to Western, and within walking distance to a bus stop that goes to Western. No lease, just month-to-month with 1st and last required to move in. Looking for a quiet, serious student. Non-smoker and no pets. If you're looking for summer only you can rent from June to end of August.
