Here is an overview of our leasing process: Step 1: Reach out to us (you've already done that!) Step 2: Complete your application We recommend completing the application on a laptop...it only takes 10 minutes! The application will prompt you to create an account and will then require you to include basic contact information, as well as uploading your photo ID and proof of enrollment. The application will also prompt you to invite your guarantor to complete their portion of the application and upload their photo ID and proof of income. Step 3: Sign your lease & make your deposit After submitting your application, our team will review your application. If it is approved, we will send your lease to be signed by yourself and your guarantor. You can sign the lease online, using the same account you created for your application. No need to print anything! After the lease is completed, your account will turn into your Resident Portal account. Log in using the same credentials you used to create the application, and you will see your last month's rent and key deposits posted on the "payments" tab. You can make all payments online!
