Driveway parking- 7 minutes drive to University Looking for two roommates to join the lease that ends on August 31, 2026. Roommate expectations: female, quiet, mature, clean, non partying. No overnight guests. Tenants must be non smokers due to respiratory health issues. No room sharing. Four female students and professionals living in the home. Rooms are furnished with a double bed, dresser, desk and have a closet. Laundry included as well as outside cameras for safety, tenant access to porch camera. House located across from school and next to the church. Available rooms: basement is $650 and main floor which is beside the powder room is $700. (Rates are discounted to account for snow removal) A 3rd upper bedroom will be available on Dec 1 for $750. Utilities, internet and lawncare included. First and last month required upon signing.
