Looking to rent my main floor room in a 5 bedroom house near Oxford and Wharncliffe while I'm away on exchange (August/September - December). The house is a 5-7 minute drive, 10 minute bus ride (stop is less than a minute walk away) and a 25 minute walk. two of my roomates will be staying in the house, both in law school (so I'd prefer a grad student but upper year undergrads are okay). I plan to leave the room fully furnished with a queen sized bed and mattress with a mattress cover, a desk and chair, and a lamp. I'm willing to move the furniture if you want to bring in your own. There is a semi walk-in closet with room for drawers. There are 2 bathrooms, one on each floor. There is a fully furnished living room, fully equipped kitchen and laundry in the basement. There's also a massive backyard overlooking cowboys, enough parking for 5 cars and a shed for bikes etc. The house spacious, in a super nice neighborhood, close to campus and my roommates are chill. The landlord is also a friend of ours and is super responsive if you need anything.
