Hi! I am looking for someone to sublet my room from August-April 2026 (9 months). I am done at Western but both my roommates have one year left and we are looking for another student to take over my part of the lease. It's a beautiful 3 bed, 2 bath unit on a residential dead end street, the location is perfect if you transit to campus but there is also free parking behind the house if you have a car. We haven't had any trouble with our landlord, he's been fantastic. It's $800 a month, utilities included, and you'll have your own bathroom. Appliances are brand new, including the in-unit washer and dryer. You'll owe one of the roommates around $25 a month for the wifi we have. I have a double bed with storage underneath, a desk, side table and bookshelf if you'd like the room furnished with anything, but I can also take everything out no problem. We're looking for someone that is quiet and clean, we're a queer household so that would definitely be a plus too!
