Hello! I am looking for 1 more individual to share my 3 bedroom, 3 bath townhome with! This beautiful townhome is located near Sunningdale and Richmond, in a newly developed neighbourhood. The location is approximately a 5min drive to Masonville Mall, 10 min drive to Western University and 20min drive to Fanshawe College, with several shops and plazas in the surrounding area. Bus routes are also accessible nearby! Appliances include fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher and in-unit laundry. There is also a large balcony on the main floor- perfect for summer lounging! The rent is $700, utilities are extra. Utilities (hydro, gas, wifi) are extra, and are split between us. The bedroom consists of a bed and mattress (with a mattress protector), as well as a desk. Common spaces (living room, kitchen) are also furnished. I am looking for a mature, responsible, and clean individual to join me in my home. I am a full time 3rd year student, with a part-time job, so I am generally fairly quiet, but enjoy a night out every once in a while, and hoping to find someone who is similar.
