I'm looking for someone to takeover my lease for the 2025-2026 school year starting in May or sometime during the summer (negotiable). It's a two-bedroom house basement unit that is renovated very recently (last year). The rent is ~$950 all-inclusive (including internet) and the house is in Wortley. - Ensuite laundry - Room is unfurnished but has plenty of closet space. - Roommate is still living there so there is furniture in the shared living spaces already - 10m drive to Western Campus, 25m by transit (right next to a bus stop) Roommate is a rising 3rd year law student, so preferably (not mandatory) professional students, graduate students, or upper-year undergrads apply.
