Hi there! :) I'm looking for a roommate to share my 2 bedroom apartment for the month of June to August (negotiable), preferably a woman. The master bedroom is $800 per month! The complex is a 2 minute walk from Masonville mall and the bus terminal, 2 minutes from the 13, 10, & 93 bus routes, and a 20 minute walk to campus! The building is beautiful, modern, safe (includes secure entry), and peaceful! Laundry, access to two gyms, private balcony, gas fireplace, water, air conditioning, and a parking space are all included in the rent! Wifi and electricity are extra; wifi is $40 and electricity almost never comes to more than $25 each. Pets under 25 lbs are also allowed! Additionally, the living room is already furnished, but you will need to furnish your own bedroom! I'm not too strict on rules, all I ask is that we keep the place fairly clean and that we're quiet during midterm and exam season! I'm barely home anyways, so you'll have a lot of privacy!
