We are two female recent uwo grads, one working and the other doing her masters. We’re looking for a female roommate in a similar situation. Townhouse is 3 large bedrooms and 2 baths, with a newly renovated kitchen and two decks. There’s no parking available put potential to rent a space. Rent is 850, utilities included. House in walking distance to Richmond row and a short bus ride to campus. We’re both very easy going roommates, hoping to find someone we vibe with to fill the third room. We also have a small and friendly cat. Room is available starting either May or June till April 2026.
