The house is within 3 minutes walking distance from the bus stop and incredibly close to the grocery store, as well as the mall. I am looking for 3 male roommates, preferably all of which are also going into fourth year, however I am open to exploring my options. I am looking for people that value cleanliness as much as I do! The images that you see for this listing depict what the house looks like on a regular basis. I am pretty obsessive about staying on top of the cleaning and will not tolerate any slobs. In fact I am a little irritated by how much I have to clean up after my current roommates. If you can’t clean up after yourself then don’t bother following up on this ad! I am hoping to find a mature bunch that still knows how to have a good time. The space blends the casual, lived-in feel of a student house with the warmth and structure of a family home.
