There are two rooms available on the second floor, these rooms share a bathroom. There is a basement room available. This room has a private bathroom, and a private office. The rooms are unfurnished. There are 2 shared living areas. The main floor living area is currently the TV/family room, the basement living area is currently the home gym. There are 2 covered and insulated garage spaces, one will be occupied next year. There is a common bathroom on the main floor. The washing machine and dryer are on the main floor. The drive is sub-10 minutes to main campus, located just off of Sarnia road. The neighborhood (Oakridge) is super quiet, great for running and walking. I am a male 4th year Psychology student. I’m graduating this summer and going to law school in the fall. Rooms are available because my roommates are all graduating this year. Graduate/Law/Med students are preferred, however if you are an upper year student don’t hesitate to reach out.
