Hey! We are a group of five girls looking for a sixth to join us for the 2025-2026 school year. We'll be going into our 3rd and 4th years at Ivey and Huron in Business and Health Sci. We are hardworking students, but also enjoy going out and having fun. We keep the house tidy and organized and enjoy spending time in the common areas with one another. The house is in a fantastic location in Old North, within easy walking distance to main gates, bus routes to Masonville, Downtown, and Campus, and right by King's Campus, which has a great library and shuttle service we use often. We're also close to parks and trails, which we love for walks and runs when the weather is nice! The room available is on the smaller size but features plenty of natural sunlight with a large window. It is on the main floor of the house and is close to the large upstairs washroom (which would be shared among the three upstairs bedrooms). The house has a newly updated kitchen, with a gas stove, dishwasher, microwave and large fridge. The utilities come included in the rent price, except for wifi.
