The building is located in a very convenient/safe area in London, and it is one of the brighter/most spacious units in the building. It faces the Southwest corner and is affixed with extra bay windows so there's plenty of natural light! It is a short 7-10 minute bus ride to Western University/Campus, and walking distance to Costco, Farm Boy, T&T, Sobeys and many varieties of restaurants and shops. The building includes a free, large outdoor parking lot, as well as an indoor lot, which is available for roughly $40/month and can be arranged with the building's management. The unit is very spacious, bright, clean, with in-unit laundry and dryer machines. There is also a small sauna and gym room in the building.
