The available room is in a spacious 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom house located in a nice and convenient neighborhood. About the Room: Size: Comfortable space that fits a queen-sized bed, desk, and more. Features: Large closet, natural light, and easy access to the shared bathroom. About the House: In the shared spaces there is a fully equipped kitchen, open living/dining area, and a backyard. The house also includes both a washer and dryer, central heating/cooling, and plenty of storage space. About Us: We’re three laid-back, responsible roommates in our first year at Western. We work/study during the week and enjoy hanging out on the weekends. We’re looking for someone sociable and easygoing to fit right in! The Details: Rent: $800 per month + utilities (split evenly).
