My roommate and I are looking for a 3rd girl to resign our lease with us. We are both currently second year students, we are hardworking, easy going and neat. This basement unit is modern, newly renovated, and practically on campus. The house is right behind Ontario Hall, has lots of close buses but is around a 15 minute walk to most campus buildings. The place comes fully furnished except for the bedrooms. Theres two bathrooms and 3 bedrooms total. We need to resign our lease soon, so please only message if you're interested.
