Tenant must be willing to do some chores, shopping, cooking, occasionally drive landlord to appointments, etc to additionally offset rent. Landlords will work around tenant's schedule regarding chores and a car is available for use by the tenant to get to and from school. Landlord has pets and the back entrance is shared.
