The house backs onto Sarnia Rd (between Western and Wonderland), and there is direct access to Sarnia from the backyard. The bus stop is right at the door step: 12-15-min walk to campus, or 3-minute bus ride. All amenities and shopping are within walking distance. Home has a valid City of London Residential Rental License and we make sure the place is well maintained. No Parties, No Smoking, No Recreational drugs, No Pets. The room is for one person only.
