Hi there! :) I'm looking for a roommate to share my 2 bedroom apartment, preferably a woman currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree! I'm in 4th year undergraduate myself, and I intend on staying for a graduate degree, so this lease term can exceed 12 months! You would get the master bedroom, but if you choose to take the smaller bedroom (with your own private bathroom use outside of it), we can negotiate a lower rental price! The complex is a 2 minute walk from Masonville mall, 2 minutes from the 13, 10, & 93 bus routes, and a 20 minute walk to campus! The building is beautiful, modern, safe, and peaceful! Laundry, access to two gyms, private balcony (shared between the two of us), air conditioning, and a parking space are all included in the rent! Wifi and utilities are extra, wifi is $40 and utilities never comes to more than $26 each. Pets under 50 lbs are also allowed! I'm not too strict on rules, all I ask is that we keep the place fairly clean and that we're quiet during midterm and exam season!
