*UPDATED* 2 bedrooms are available for rent September 1st, 2025. I am currently finishing my 4th year in the BSW program at Western (King's) and am looking for 2 girls to join our shared home. There will be 1 (very friendly) cat in the home (British short hair), but otherwise please no pets :) My boyfriend (also Western grad) and I own the home and have our own private bedroom/work space in the basement. The 3 top floor bedrooms + full bath are private (shared amongst the tenants), and then the rest of the home - including a spacious kitchen, living room, and laundry room - would be shared. The bedrooms will NOT be furnished. We are a friendly, clean, and quiet couple looking for like-minded Western students :) Convenient location with easy no-transfer bus route - 15-20 minute bus ride to Alumni Hall for reference.
