Looking for someone to take over my lease in an Aston-style 2 bedroom ensuite apartment at the Luxe. The apartment will be available from May 1st till September 1st. There is currently no one signed to the lease and students are preferred male or female. The apartment comes fully furnished with private bathrooms and internet already provided. Most utilities are included except for electricity and appliances like microwave and dishwasher are already bought. It is in a convenient location being approximately a 2 minute drive from main campus/Kings and 6 minute drive from Masonville Mall.
