Having a roommate with the same discipline and work ethic as me is vital! I am looking for 1 female graduate student to share a pet-free, smoke-free home with me, from September 2026 to April 2027 (can be shortened or extended if needed). It will just be 2 of us in a big 4-bedroom house - no noisy and crammed student housing here! The first step will be a FaceTime interview. Successful candidates will then be invited for an in-person house tour and some follow-up questions. The available bedroom is a medium sized room that is fully furnished with a twin bed, dresser, night stand and desk. There is also a large closet. You will be sharing a bathroom with me and following a cleaning schedule. Rent includes utilities, internet and a snow removal service. The house itself is located on Walmer Gardens which is just off Castlegrove Blvd. It is close to Sobeys, Food Basics, Metro, Costco, all the major banks and is just 3 bus stops away from campus. It is the perfect location for those who have classes at Elborn College, Ivey Business School or Althouse College. There is 1 parking spot available.
