The room is furnished and includes Queen size bed & mattress, a bedside drawer table, room lamp; IKEA spacious dresser; IKEA cupboard; and a study table. This room is accessible from the main house entrance as well as from the backyard. All utilities & internet are included in the rent. Lease term could run till the end of April 2026 or August 2026. Last month's rent is required (However, it maybe waived upon sharing references from Western University). House is non smoking and No pet(s) are allowed (we have a beautiful pet rabbit in the house :), & therefore cannot afford to take any more pet(s)). Laundry and drier available.
