A bright semi-basement room with a private bathroom is available for renting to a female only (preferably graduate) Western University student. The room is furnished and includes Queen size bed & mattress, a bedside drawer table, room lamp; IKEA spacious dresser and IKEA cupboard. This room is accessible from the main house entrance as well as from the backyard. All utilities & internet are included in the rent and the kitchen consumables are provided. Lease term will run till the end of August 2025 (however it could be extended at a different monthly rent from Sep 25 to April 26). Last month's rent is required but can be waived upon submission of a reference letter. House is non smoking and No pet(s) are allowed (we have a beautiful pet rabbit in the house :), & therefore cannot afford to take any more pet(s)). Laundry and drier available. Rent $600/month from June to August 2025.
