I have rooms for rent in my home. I am looking for reasonably quiet , serious, clean and responsible individual, to share with 1 male graduate student. I occasionally stay at the house in the downstairs bedroom. Only one person per room. It is an easy bike ride to campus and the bus stops are close by.. The other rooms are upstairs. The rooms are furnished as is but feel free to move furniture in or out as you prefer.
