It’s a quick walk to campus and less than a 3-minute walk from all bus stops. • Rooms: One room available (it’s marked in red in the pics and video I posted). • Kitchen: It’s big and has a patio. Yes, we’re totally planning BBQ nights! • Living Spaces: The living room comes furnished with sofas, a coffee table, and a dining room set up for 8 people. Bedrooms also have the option for beds provided by the landlord. • Bathrooms: There’s one on the main floor and another on the second, so two bathrooms for four bedrooms. Plus, the main floor’s 2pc bathroom will be upgraded to a 3/4pc by the first week of June—landlord’s renovating! • Parking: Plenty of space if you’ve got a car. Lease Details: • The lease starts on June 1st and is a minimum of an 11-month term for the first year, then it switches to month-to-month.
