This is a 4 room 3.5 bath townhouse in a quiet, safe, residential neighbourhood. The rent is 800 + utilities per room. The rooms and common areas and kitchen will all be furnished. The other two rooms will be occupied by 2 other female students. 12 month lease available from May 2024 to May 2025. Available from March 2024 if needed. The house has two direct buses to Western, 31 and 9 which are 20 minutes to campus. The bus stop is a 6 minute walk from the house.
