I lived in The Marq at 205 Oxford Street East in a single bedroom apartment last year and found it to be a very conveniently situated residence. The 6, 106, and 13 all go to the University while the 90 express goes to the mall. The apartment is right by a bus stop and is hardly a 1-2 min walk. Rooms are nice, bathrooms were recently upgraded, heat is available during winter, and the staff are there to address most concerns. Overall it was a good experience but a little expensive for one bedroom, that's why I am looking for a roommate to continue living there.
