Website and Social Media Upgrades
Our website underwent a facelift in the fall of 2015! The website, offcampus.uwo.ca, now has a streamlined, modern appearance which highlights rental listings. Information is easy-to-find for students and landlords. Upcoming events and important dates will be featured on the home page as well.
We will launch a second Twitter account in 2016 as an additional feature to advertising with us. Our new Twitter account will only post rental listings. As soon as your rental listing is activated on our website, it will appear in our Twitter feed. Students following our Twitter account will instantly see new rental listings!
Pricing for our annual access fee will slightly increase on January 1, 2016, while the listing fees will remain the same. Landlords can now include up to six pictures per listing.
Annual Access Fee = $20
Our access fee is paid once, on a rolling basis, every 12 months. This fee provides landlords with access to Western's Off-Campus Housing Service online listing system. Once you have access to the online listing system, you can place listings and upload pictures.
