Off-Campus Advisors

Welcome to Western's Off-Campus Housing Service

The Off-Campus Housing Service strives to provide students/staff a variety of housing options with over 5,000 listings annually. Receive personal assistance from Western staff members regarding rental listings and searches in Room 102 Elgin Hall -pdf Mon - Fri from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm or call 519-661-3550 / email off-campus.housing@uwo.ca. A computer, located in the foyer of Elgin Hall, is available for searching off-campus listings during business hours.

If you require a lease review or have any other off-campus housing related questions or concerns, please contact the Housing Mediation Service in Room 102 Elgin Hall or via phone at 519-661-3787 or email housing.mediation.service@uwo.ca. Associated with the Housing Mediation Service are the Off-Campus Advisors who are students that assist students and are available weekdays from 4:30 p.m. - midnight & weekends from 8:30 a.m. - midnight during the ACADEMIC YEAR at 519-661-3787 or via email oca@uwo.ca.

For students seeking accommodation in the City, Western provides an Off-Campus Housing Service. This office maintains listings of housing available throughout the City of London, and can be found either in our office or on this web page (see Active Housing Listings).

The University's Off-Campus Housing Service is dedicated to providing an efficient and timely service that assists students in their search for off-campus housing. The goal of the Service is to provide equal access for large and small landlords to advertise their properties to the Western student market. The Service is committed to providing students and landlords with useful tools and accurate information to assist with their renting experience.
