Walking distance to: bus 10, 27 to Western (15min); bus 91 to Fanshawe; Walking distance to Farm Boys, Costco, Sobeys, Dollarama, Value Vilage, 2 gyms, all kinds of restaurants near by. - Quiet and safe neighbourhood - Roommates are friendly, quiet and clean, all Western students. A very studious environment. - 4 washrooms in the house, so everyone has their own washroom. For bathroom you only need to share with another female roommate. - New laundry machine set (not as the picture, the landlord installs new machines) loop - A LOT of sunlight!!! Super super sunny and warm. I know this picture may be misleading but this room is faced towards south. I had to block the furnace opening in my room the whole winter because it gets too hot (above 25 degree) during the day.
